Worship with Us

 Every Sunday at 10 a.m.

162 Monument Street ~ Groton, CT

We are an Open and Affirming church, and a Level Two Green Church.  If you are local, we sincerely hope to welcome you to our physical church.  If you are far away, we hope you find our stories of faith comforting and inspiring.  Either way, we wish all of God’s abundant blessings for you and your loved ones.  “The LORD bless you and keep you; the LORD make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the LORD lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace.”  (Numbers 6:24-26)

Until further notice, all worship services, meetings, and outside activities at Groton Congregational Church have been canceled.  We will evaluate in a few weeks to decide what our next steps will be.  We are working on alternative ways to deliver worship services and weekly prayers to you.  Continue to check our social media for updates.   If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the church office at 860-445-7409 and someone will return your call.

It is now known that we will not be opening our church for the month of April.
THIS SUNDAY: Palm Sunday
On Palm Sunday, we will place the palms outside of the side door of the church. If you feel comfortable, and have gloves, come by on Sunday and pick up a couple. It is also a great opportunity to put your pledge or an offering amount in the door slot.
If you have a “Sunday Morning Prayer Request” – please email or text it to me or let the office know by Thursday of that week. We will do our best to include them each week.
Please keep your eye out for recordings of services, including Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday. If you wish to receive a hard copy of a sermon sent to you, please contact the office.
IF YOU NEED ANYTHING, supplies, a call, some help, PLEASE CONTACT US.
Peace be with you,
Pastor Joan Priest
